New Listing and New Owner of this fantastic, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo directly on the gulf so you can enjoy wonderful sunrise and sunset views. We're located on the 1st floor and just steps from the emerald coast water. Just redecorated with upscale art, bedding and linens. You will sleep like a dream in the pillowtop beds. Be lulled to sleep by the breaking of the waves from your gulf front master bedroom equipped with king bed and private bath. Living area/dining area is also gulf front. In addition your 2nd master has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds; each with bathrooms.
We have attempted to address all your needs and have furnished with you in mind. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen for all your needed conveniences as well as a spice rack and crock pot. The living room is equipped with a 32" flat screen tv, vcr and dvd player as well as stereo. You'll also enjoy the vcr movies and our library of books for your enjoyment. Flat screen tv's also in master and kids room. Kids room also has a Nintendo 64 with games for the youngsters. You'll also enjoy free high-speed wireless internet.
Owners, Jack and Linda, are from Austin, Tx but hope to relocate to the area in the near future. We absolutely love the Emerald Coast. We have one, two and three bedroom condos on Okaloosa Island (El Matador #259, Emerald Isle #306, Emerald Towers West #1005, Island Echos #1F,2M,5M, Pelican Isle #110, and Surf Dweller #506). In Destin, we have a two bedroom and a three bedroom - Ariel Dunes #807 and Silver Shells, St. Maarten #1202. In Perdido Key Florida (Florida/Alabama border)we have a 3 bedroom at Perdido Sun #716 and in Panama City Beach we have a 1 bedroom at Splash #1805E.
