| Your paradise vacation is located only 6 miles from Destin on it's very own island, Okaloosa Island. Here you'll find a more laid back atmosphere featuring the crystal clear emerald-green waters of the gulf and its "sugar-white" beaches. Because the island only allows 7 story tall buildings you'll find uncrowded beaches, and friendly people. At the end of the Island (which is only about 4 miles long) you'll find miles and miles of beaches to explore.
Spaciousness and tranquility transform you as you enter our vibrantly decorated 3rd floor condo. Stroll to one of the private balconies (there are two) and enjoy watching the rippling waves of the gulf. If you're needing a little break from your friends/family our unit has that ability too since it has two separate living areas (each with a private balcony).
You'll find all the amenities of home here and have plenty of space with 1680 square feet (not counting those balconies). There are two master bedrooms with king pillow top bedding, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen and bunks for those younger folks. You'll also find TV/VCR/DVD's in each bedroom and in both living areas, as well as a selection of movies for your enjoyment. We've just remodeled this entire unit so everything is new ---including the kitchen cabinets.
Our complex, Emerald Isle, is centrally located on the Island and offers heated swimming pool and tennis courts.
