Rental Rules

For your Safety and Enjoyment and the Safety and Enjoyment of your fellow guests, we ask you to:

1. Refrain from throwing items over the balcony railings (ice cubes, cigarette butts included!)
2. Refrain from leaving your underage children unsupervised in the unit or in the common areas of the property.
3. Sleep in the same unit as your choldren in order that they are properly supervised during your stay.
4. Cooking is not authorized on balconies; this is a fire hazard and can result in eviction.
5. Remember that only registered guests are permited to stay in the rental unit. The number of occupants will not exceed the bedding in the unit.
6. Hang your towels and clothing inside your unit, not on the balcony railings.
7. Never under any circumstances feed birds from your balcony.
8. Remember excessive noice at any time can result in eviction and loss of payment.
9. Remember the legal age for drinking alcoholic beverages in Florida is 21.
10. Remember that adults who supply alcohol to minors can be arrested (fined and/or jailed) and evicted from the premises.
11. No smoking or pets are allowed in the unit.
12. At least one renter must be at least 25 years of age.
13. Remember that your rental unit is someone else's home!
14. Upon departure the following must be done
    1. Clean out Refrigerator/Freezer
    2. Take all trash to the trash chute
    3. Load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes
    4. Replace 2 keys to unit back on decorator key holder. There is a $20 lost key charge.
    5. When you leave, use key in the lock box and lock the deadbolt. Replace key back in lock box and make sure lock box is put back together properly.
15. PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO LEAVE THE FRONT DOOR AND PATIO DOORS OPEN AT THE SAME TIME!!! This will cause the door to slam and may cause injury. Please be careful!!!!
16. Once booked, 100% refundable for cancellations made within 60 days. 50% refundable for cancellations within 30 days. The only exception to these rules is if a hurricane warning is issued by the weather bureau for the location. If hurricane warning is issued, and guest decides to leave, the unused portion of the stay will be refunded.
17. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. To insure timely check-out's and check-in's there is a penalty to equal one night's rental rate for late check-outs, however guests DO NOT GET TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGHT!
